Shipping

Nebraska 1867 ships fine art prints and related products with care to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

 

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination, and shipping carrier.

 

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

 

Print Handling & Packaging

Fine art prints are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit. Depending on the size and format, prints may be shipped flat or rolled in protective packaging.

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and damaged product.

 

Returns

Artwork: Because prints are made with care and often produced specifically for each order, all print sales are final. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or color differences between screen display and final print.

 

Apparel: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery with the exception of "Pre-Order Event" apparel, which are custom runs. Returns are not accepted, but we’ll refund any items that arrive damaged.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must not show signs of wear or use

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution.
